Welcome to the Latin American and Caribbean Association for Information Systems (LACAIS) Chapter

We are a group of faculty members and researchers from many Latin American countries, United States and also Spain.We teach and do research in several areas related to Information Systems, Business, Information Sciences, and Computer Science. More than a group, we are a fraternal team of friends. We aim at contributing to the development of our countries by doing relevant and serious research related to the application, use and impact of information technologies in organizations, governments, and individuals. This August we have the priviledge to host the AMCIS 2010 Conference in Lima, Perú.
